Positioning
Rotterdam is our domain. We focus on the challenges that are important for this region and to which we can offer a positive contribution. We also do this in the Rotterdam way. For us this means that we continue to be innovative and to focus on results. It also means linking knowledge and practice from various disciplines with each other in an effective and smart way. But it especially means that we hold Rotterdam in our hearts.
Aim and approach
In order to achieve this, Rotterdam University has set itself two important aims. Firstly, we would like to competently educate and prepare more students with a bachelor and master degree for the labour market and secondly, we hope to contribute to content in order to simulate the development of the professional practice in the region. To achieve these aims, Rotterdam University works according to the following four principles:
